A Profound Waste of Time’ Magazine to Feature Persona 5, Interview with Katsura

Kickstarter funded video game magazine “A Profound Waste of Time” has announced that their seventh issue will feature an interview with Persona and Metaphor: ReFantazio director Katsura Hashino. The cover of the magazine will also feature Persona 5, as illustrated by REX.

The interview with Hashino will discuss the ideas behind his fantasy worlds, and why he believes that apathy is the enemy of progress.

The cover is designed with the theme of jailbreak. The special edition animates when removing the sleeve, giving the illusion of movement. Every copy of the magazine will also include a calling card, designed by Reiko Okamoto.

Other features in the magazine include interviews with Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu, Monster Hunter producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 director Guillaume Broche and Pokémon artist James Turner.
