Sucker Punch Productions has released Ghost of Yotei update 2.008 | 02.008.000, and this doesn’t just bring bug fixes, but even improvements to specific areas such as the Mostn Wanted progress nnd more.

This should be a small file download, and regardless if you have the Complete Edition of Ghost of Yotei or not, this is a mandatory download.

Ghost of Yotei Receives Improvement Patch on October 22

Thankfully, unlike past patches, we don’t need to wait to know what got fixed or added.

Sucker Punch Productions has applied the following fixes:

  • This patch reduces the number of viper rations required to purchase Dye Vendor Trade Routes,
  • fixes an issue where recipes wouldn’t stay unlocked in New Game+
  • fixes issues causing softlocks in certain Echoes of Sekigahara missions
  • further addresses issues causing lost Most Wanted progress,
  • fixes various other bugs and crashes.

There was a patch released earlier this month and it did the following: “Patch 2.07 for Ghost of Yōtei is now live. This patch further corrects bugs causing lost or blocked progress in Most Wanted, as well as fixing a bug where players could get stuck on a black screen after certain missions in Echoes of Sekigahara. Issues resulting in certain content not being marked as complete have also been resolved, as well as various other bug and crash fixes.”

That’s about it. Outside of bugs, don’t expect a lot of updates for the samurai action game, as it is a closed and finished experience.
